Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items — including opened eye care products, eye patches, and other single-use or intimate-contact items — cannot be returned once opened.

How to Start a Return

Email aaron10@nexatheory.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
